Credits $C

JumpCorp Financial has accounts available for the public to make interstellar commerce easier. Most space stations and major civilizations that conduct trade or commerce, have their prices available to display in credits.   The symbol used for credits is $C.   Hard currency is in the form of Credit Chits. The credit chits are a diamond shaped and made of a nearly indestructible polymer. The tops have one of four colours, indicating the value. This colour is visible on the sides as well, but only at the corners. The rest of the side of the chit is grey. The chits are approximately 3cm x 1.5cm in size. The thickness varies from 2-3mm thick, depending on the value.

Most currency is handled electronically with a Credit Slate instead of hard currency. It's smaller, portable, secured, and instantly transfers funds between accounts.
