Thomas von Paine

The most visible leader of the crime syndicates in Merchant's Plain, Thomas von Paine has established his reputation as a cultured member of society, though one that need be respected. Though he is visible in high society, not much is known about him other than the fact that his tattoos and scars speak of very different life then his villa and sophisticated bearing would suggest. He speaks with a calm demeanor but when he talks all others fall silent and wait on him for cue to resume whatever they were doing.
