Session Report 029: In Which the Heroes Strike Back to Save Ushulx

Wherein Exposition Occurs

  The order begin complete restoration of the Khors temple has been given! Stoneworkers, woodworkers, blacksmiths, and all manner builders have been hired complete the project. As news of this spreads, followers begin to flock. A notable member is Daesanderena's cousin who offers to act as a liason for the heroes and the Summer Lands as well as being able to procure transportation scrolls, allowing the heroes to travel on the World Tree and condense weeks of travel across Midgard into mere hours.   The heroes, now settled in back at Redtower, return to the Scarlet Citadel! Checking out the footprints they see a period of heightened trollkin activity that faded in the recent days. Level 1 has been completely taken over by undead from the Land of Mot. Ushulx was forced to reveal the secrets of the Charun statue and it was used as a trap against invaders.   Vorbund channels Volund (wait... Is this the same thing as Sauron and Saruman?) and cleanses the Oubliette of undead skin-bats and allows the heroes to reclaim the next level: once domain of Cagoth-ze and Danaska.   spoilers of war
