The known Galaxies

The year is 2368 and humanity thought that they now achieved a time of stability in their territory, which spans about half of the Milkyway galaxy. But when the Praethorians suddenly invade the Milkyway from another galaxy, the humans get drawn into the next war, just one year after the last one ended.

  This war, however, turns out to be much bigger in scope, than the last one, as their opponent, the Praethorians, have an empire that already spans four other galaxies. Despite having potential allies in multiple other species, which oppose the Praethorians, the chances for humanity winning this conflict are slim.
