Chariot chamber
The South door lead to a room where in the center is a light chariot. Surrounding it are moldy pelts and mummified animal heads; The remains of trophies from various hunts. This seems to be important possession to have center stage. The door is too small for the chariot, so this means that the chariot had to be disassembled and reassembled. On the chariot are three item, A spear, A shield with the Scarab symbol, and a chest. Continuing south is yet another door. The Chariot is fragile with time, but still gleams with lacquer and polish under the dust. DC 15 on Profession Carpentry or Profession Driving to carefully disassemble and reassemble the chariot. The Spear and Shield appear to be the same ones that were seen in the relief. Based on the quality and care taken, these are Ebrahim's favorite possessions. The spear and shield are of exceptional quality. Markings within the shield give it providence and is in fact, imbued with magic. The small chest sitting within the chariot is beautifully lacquered and has gold leaf inlay. It is locked and trapped, such that a razor- sharp, envenomed blade slices into the hand as it moves along the lip of the chest. Breaking open the chest with physical force avoids the trap, but doing so shatters the content inside and ruins the value of the chest itself (see Treasure, below).
The Chest contains a dozen papyrus scrolls. The writing is in Coptic (Old Khemitian). Each is a battle account with a location, casualties, notes, and Ebrahim’s strategy in winning the battle. There is also a glass vial of liquid with an image of a lion-headed goddess painted on the vial. DC 20 Knowledge (religion) recognizes the image as Sekhmet. Saying the goddess’s name out loud, changes the vial of water into a wine color and it becomes a healing potion. Note this is a little miracle as the gods have found someone that acknowledges their existence. The vial shows faint Hakka (divination). The scrolls are worth 2 preservation points. The trophies are heads and hides of various animals you know. There are no unusual beasts, though a close inspection you can see someone has used plaster and straw to stretch the taxidermy in more prominent looking beasts. Behind this room is a concealed door (Perception DC16). The faint edges can be seen beneath the plaster on the wall, painted in a desert scene with a city in the distance. This leads to the Trophy Room.
