Hoshal is a the Overseer of Agriculture of Allera. When she isn't visiting the castle to serve as an advisor to the Empress, she spends a lot of her time travelling around Allera and Phalecia and beyond to improve her knowledge on foreign environments to apply improvements to Allera's agriculture and aquaculture.
Personality
quiter than a lot of other Overseers
doesn't feel like she needs to prove herself to people - she just gets on with it (widely respected for that)
One of the few Alleran pacifists - wants whats best for the Kingdom but with minimal bloodshed. She does support populating other worlds but always votes for a mutually beneficial manner
Generally respects the importance of ecosystems -> tries to see the bigger picture

She is originally from Azar in a village known for its extremely harsh environments
