The Basilisk

Summary

The Basilisk is said to slither deep within the tropical jungles of Maronja, living within ancient ruins. Those who come out of the forest are mentally unstable but murmur about a large snake like creature. The evidence behind the myth is thin and so the legend is presumed untrue, yet still deters many from venturing to the location of the supposed ruins.
