Sons of Olaf the Brave founded the exploration guild, arguing for special priviledges for a share of their knowledge with the local lord

As more and more years have passed peacfully the Start grew to a town and the lords started looking for new resources outside the proximity of town gates. The sightings of armed forces in the east were disconserning to all and few brave souls found it within themselves to go explore the surrounding land. They founded the guild and argued for special rights before the lord. They would write down all their findings and deliver a consise letter every year to their lord in return richess they find will belong to the guild and only the land will belong to their lord.
