Old Elven Bridge
"Behold the might of elven empire or what's left of it. The bridge that burned and the trees that sprouted again."
Purpose / Function
Conecting northern elvish lands with their southern border. The only entrance at the time to the Northern woods.
Alterations
The bridge was set fire to after the war of monsters began. It now overgrows with young saplings.
Architecture
The bridge is made from living wood. The elves cultivated trees on both banks in a manner in which their roots became entangled above the surface. Then they planted other species of wooded plants to reinforce the bridge. The trunks are still alive and sprout again from time to time stretching their limbs to the heavens forming incomplete arches above the bridge.
History
Grown for hundreds of years the trees selected with utmost care by the last Éreli. Marking the begining of the elvish realm. The bridge was set fire to when the war of monsters started to destroy any ways of their armies to cross the river. This was done simultaneously with destroying of the old Kings bridge as a part of the strategy.
