Ink Guar

This species are the guardians of the Ink world, they maintain the shops and grounds and will do anything for a good story. But be careful if you break the rules and threaten the peace of the Ink world they become firece.  

A journey through life :

Starting from the age of 70 the female can have a baby called an Inki Gu once every 5 years. The way to tell if an Inki Gu is a male or female is by checking by their right eye a male will have a ellipse while the female will have a octagon. These marks will fade by their 15th birthday.   It takes 20 years for an Inki Gu to become a young adult known as Ink-Guaric. Only at the age of 50 is the Ink-Guaric considered a official adult at which point they are known as Ink guardians   The lifeforce of the Ink Guar is tied to the Ink world itself rendaning tham inmortal as long as story telling and world building continue.  

A look to remember

The Ink Guar are small but mighty and strong.   When a Inki Gu is born it will range between 10-15 cm in hight and weigh 100-150 gr. By the time their 50th birthday roles around they have reached 60-75 cm in hight and 1800-2000 gr in weight.   They have double wings which are sheer when they are born but gain color as they grow reaching their full color only at the age of 200.   As the Ink world is a safe place for all ages clothing is mandatory. Due to the wings their tops have open backs but other then that one will find a wide range of clothing fashions mostly inspired by the Dreamers.  

Livelihood

The Ink guardians who work earn 70 Inkcoer per hour, their homes and food are free so they use their wages for buying books. ( They especially like to support new and up coming Dreamers. )   Ink guardians are free to never work / retire at any point they wish but as they live for story telling and world building most chose to work and remain in the main areas of the Ink world. Those who chose not to work are given 100 Inkcoer per day.

The Ink Guar like to live in the vicinity of creation and story telling so they have a big city in the area of the Ink square and smaller towns in the areas where some Dreamers have chosen to make their home in the Ink world.
