The Unregistered Arcanist
While technically not unregistered, the simple farmer known as Bartholo Buck Barcanous has been recently revealed to be a formally trained arcanist. Buck shared with a few close friends that he faked his death to escape the control of The Collegiate Arcane and has not practiced magic in decades.
Recent events however, have forced Buck's hand and could very well start a string of events that bring the arcanist's past back to haunt him.
