A upscale (atleast by common Kaldari standards) Inn located in The Drain - Rystanburg Harbour District. It is a somewhat popular establishment, especially for the more successful merchants and sailors who are staying in Rystanburg. The Tabby is far from an ordinary inn however, as it's owner Dextor has been using it as a front for his burgeoning smuggling empire for the past four years.
