Imza Dotsk

Imza Dotsk, 16 but small for her age, was born in the hills outside Anark, towards the eastern side of Nardoth. Her tribe, the Damaran, is composed of nomadic humans descended from those who were among the first to land in Imaruth. They roam around most of the wilds, ignoring national boundaries and are typically left alone by governments. In the Damaran, when a child turns 12 they're sent into the world with only a single gift from their mother and father and left to fend for themselves. The Damaran believe that the gods will direct the child where they are meant to be, whether that's back to the tribe after some time away or never to be seen again. In Imza's case, fate took her into the Spine, the northern mountains south of Zara. (That's a lot of locations but I can make an annotated pic of the world map with some reference pins)   In the Spine, she met Nalla, the Goliath woman. Nalla saw the strength in the child but also the need to protect someone so young, so she took Imza under her wing. Nalla took her back to the Goliath stronghold in the Spine and taught her how to channel her native anger and strength into fighting prowess. Once Imza got older, Nalla and Imza left the tribe and headed to Zara, where they found work as laborers and fighters for the Woodland Wisdom logging company. The two of them have been working at different sites for about 18 months, and they were assigned to the Gulgrove site to get it started 6 weeks ago. Not much work on the site was completed as the Woodland Wisdom company has been struggling and could only hire lower-cost, inexperienced workers and surveyors.
