Town of Oceania
-The town of Oceania is a quiet little town in Terra Minima. It is located multiple miles away from pretty much anything, the closest town being several miles away, Dawnbury. Even though it is located in between two massive forests, it still rests on the edge of the Minima Ocean, and serves as a waterway for the flow of water. Oceania does receive quite a bit of traffic, even though it is fairly hidden. Most travelers have to pass through Oceania to get to their main destination. Just because it is a quaint town doesn't mean it doesn't get busy. Some days there can be big crowds sitting by the sea, admiring the glorious fountain, or participating in alcoholic highjinks and the like.
-The town is said to be protected by the Goddess of Life and the Ocean, Oceania herself. Prayers to her keep the town safe and running smoothly. It is said the fountain was a gift from the goddess herself, blessing the town with the symbol of her love. A strange power comes from a sort of conduit near the town, and that is said to have been a gift from her as well, it allows the residents to stay healthy, swim in peace, and in some cases, even swim faster and breathe underwater. It is a mysterious device, that is held in high praise.
-There are multiple establishments in the area in and around Oceania. There is a hospital named "Mercy Hospital" nearby, out the West gate of town, however, it was burnt to the ground after a supposed terrorist attack, now there is a memorial in it's place. There is Stefan's Tavern, a human man that is often an asshole. He treats his wife, Esmeralda, like garbage, but Esmeralda, an older Elvin woman, holds her own and doesn't take his crap. She really runs the place, and she is considered a beacon of light and hope in the small town. There is a blacksmith building made out of all iron, called Iron and Shite, run by a dwarf by the name of Taldek Breitheim. He manages to keep a good reputation, garnering customers from all over the country (and neighboring countries too!). There is the Church of Oceania, and some other little stores and buildings, a couple little shacks outside, and rumor has it, a full sized inn is getting put in (Stefan's Tavern has an inn upstairs that Esmeralda works on frequently, so that inn coming in would be bad for business). There are a few other recent editions, one being Boon Financial, a small stand that is acting as a bank for the time being, until the building can be made (Boon Financial also works as an information broker), and Hot Buns, a bakery stand that is becoming a tourist hot spot! Outside of the town, further past Mercy Hospital, there is an abandoned building known as the Noble Gardens Asylum, where inmates and clinically insane people would be held, although it hasn't had any workers or anything in a long time.
-A port is nearby that allows ships big and small to dock, allowing more transport of people and resources.
Demographics
This destination is fairly standard when it comes to wealth. There are minimal poor people, and if there are, people (such as Esmeralda) take care of them as they can. There are many different species that come through Oceania; Dwarves, humans, and elves, being the most common.
Government
This town runs on it's own, with rumors saying that they are protected from the harsh cruelties of the world and government by the Goddess, Oceania. This town is fairly self sufficient, but there is often charity from Daggerveil and Dawnbury to keep the town in tip top shape.
Often times, the guards of Oceania are volunteer, rarely hired, but as of late, soldiers from Daggerveil and Dawnbury have been passing through, helping the town as they can.
Defences
Group of volunteers guarding the city. As more and more commotions exist, guards from Dawnbury (and sometimes Daggerveil) get sent over every now and then
Assets
-There is a large, marble fountain in the center of town, with waterways working their way down the city roads, and also a powerful conduit of sorts on the side of town.

History
-On the surface, Terra Firma and the cities within it seem to be flourishing, but there are problems, and those problems are prevelant, the deeper you search. Oceania is just one of the many cities on Terra Firma, and even that has a dark secret. Oceania has a history, one shrouded in mystery. Historians found a cryptic message long ago, that holds a strange message
"Far down Under, a treasure lurks. the rumors are coNstant, but None have wiTnessed the Almighty power. search and ye shall find, but find It with caution. Oceania be praised!"
What could it mean?
-"Ye shall be warned, the curse of Oceania be true. The rumors are constant and never ending, there is a dark secret, and be weary those that stumble upon it"
-It is said that Oceania was created at the dawn of the Era of Man, created by the Goddess Oceania as a place for weary travelers to be protected and feel safe. There is no documentation as to when it was actually built, but it's assumed that it is quite old, the fountain especially.
Architecture
The town is created of heavy stone, with stone brick pathways. The buildings are all different, some are wood, like the tavern, some are brick, like the church, and the blacksmith's building is made entirely out of iron. The fountain is made of marble, and the gates are iron bars formed in a special way.
