Tattooist's Tools - Tattoo set imbued with magic ink. Roll sleight of hand in order to determine how well the drawing comes out. The set was given to Happy Toods by the Dapper Dabber, his rival, when he was beaten in a game of golf, long ago. This magic ink allows the image inked to implant an effect on the person the tattoo is on. Based on the drawing, the effect could be bad or good. It is based on Dank, Wild Magic, and is wildly unstable.
