Ring of Impotence

The Ring of Impotence is a ring of strange origin that seemingly appeared out of nowhere in Terra Edgia, said to be burned in the fiery passion of Terra Edgia's own Domination Domain, where Cervixes, Goddess of Sex and Lust, created her following. This large sex palace is considered to be the most hardcore and depraved place ever created, located in a large cavern underneath a volcano, where the "immense fiery passions of mortals can be quenched."
  It is unknown exactly what the Ring of Impotence does, but it is said to be made of flesh, warm and hard, created by the fire of human loins in the intense heat of lovemaking of a man with INTENSE impotence problems. It is warm and hard, seemingly throbbing while held in the hand, but while on the finger, it is said to constrict and never let go, but also remain loose, like a lost erection of sorts. It is a strange, and also really fucking gross, item that you probably should never wear ever. It is said, however, that wearing the Ring of Impotence, can negate the effects of Dragon's Breath, the horrific STD that causes immense pain and even death. It is unknown if that's true or not though.
  It is unknown how the Ring has traveled to Ruan's Shop, but it is rumored that the Dapper Dabber placed it nearby as a sort of joke, and thought that someone might put it on. It is said that Cervixes and the Dapper Dabber were together long ago, but it is unknown exactly what the relation consisted of. This would be gross, as the Dapper Dabber is technically considered her father. This family tree is lost to time, so maybe they did get it on and didn't consider it... Hopefully... The Ring is said to cause immense problems for the wearer, causing disadvantages and minuses skills. There also is said to be a spell attached to it, where the user is unable to take it off, forever stuck with the Ring and its effects. It is said that it is possible to get it taken off, but it requires powerful and unique magic.
