Iunea Lumen

Iunea Lumen (pronounced You-Nye Loo-Men) is a hidden village nestled in the forests of Terra Terrarium. Moon Elves coming from Faerun, a nickname for Terra Terrarium, ended up settling here as a way to escape the judgement and problems of other societies. Founded long, long ago, Iunea Lumen became a safe space for Moon Elves. The village is rather small, containing only a few dozen families. The village is located under the canopies of Terra Terrarium, however, their temple, the Monastary of Lumen, is located in a clearing, so that the moonlight can hit it directly. It is seen as a place of peace and prayer, taking the energy from the moonlight and transferring it to those who pray at it. The rest of the village is a self-sufficient colony along one of the many rivers in Terra Terrarium, the Luna River.    There have been rumors of prophetic visions coming to those who worship the moon at the Altar of Lumen in the Monastary. While being seperate from other societies, many Moon Elves don't leave this civilization, for fear of being governed by an outside influence. However, some do leave, usually leaving their past behind them, as to not bring attention to their home village.
