  Float was a boy that Biance Farless stumbled upon in Oceania during the Squid Festival. She noticed him pickpocketing a woman of higher stature than the boy and confronted him about it. He didn't give a name or anything for himself, so when asked, he replied his name was "Float" after his favorite drink... Upon meeting Bianca, he told a story of him missing his parents and ending up alone. Not knowing the secrets he was hiding under that nice demeanor, Bianca trusted him, taking him under her wing. Little did she know that all he was trying to do is pickpocket her and her newfound partner, Kimball Cho, out of all their money. Eventually getting 1 Gold and 5 Silver from Bianca and 20 Gold from Kimball. He sought refuge from the two of them in the nearby abandoned asylum beside Oceania, and managed to get caught by three Goblins, who shot him in the knee, cornered him, and mutilated him...
