To guard the pulse of life, Uro’nus births gentle Gaii’nus, steward of growth and fertility.
However, as Uro’nus beheld the flourishing life, anxiety gripped him. Would these creatures thrive in harmony, or would their existence lead to imbalance and decline? To ensure the continuity of life in DemTera, he manifested the beautiful Gaii’nus, a nurturing spirit who would oversee all living beings. She was given the sacred duty of watching over each species, ensuring they flourished and knew the proper times to bring forth their young, allowing the cycle of life to perpetuate with grace.
But Uro'nus's heart still bore a concern. He knew that even the most vibrant life could lead to excess and chaos. Therefore, he created Exa’nus, a fair and wise being who would set the limits of each creature’s lifespan. Exa’nus was tasked not only with determining the duration of life for each animal but also with guiding their souls after their bodies passed into the earth, ensuring that balance was upheld in the cycle of existence.
