Ironbeast operation request:
There has presented itself and opertunity for both parties involved here. A breach to the elemental plane of earth has opened up with a treasure trove rare minerals. While the rift poses no threat we are not allowed to enter and mine in there as it could cause an attack, but if we where to go in and close it... we could simply gather some things in the vecinity to the breach. Tessar's Mining & Excavations have the position of a breach to the elemental plane of earth. While they are not allowed to mine it out on their own, they have suggested a partnership where we close the breach while they mine it out, ensuring that their actions have no consequences. In return they would share the precious materials with us allowing us to potentially make some significat upgrades to our Ironbeast. For closing the breach itself we will be paid a mere "3 gold" as it is getting ignored by the surrounding area.
Objectives:
There are always two types of objectives, main objectives which needs to be successful in order to get paid out and side objectives which can be done for a larger profit.
Main objective:
- Close the gate: This breach has been studied before the expedition and we can tell that shutting it down will go fast, guessing about 40s. This means that closing the gate in time should pose no issue.
- Valueble mining: The miners have paid quite a lot to get this operation going, they will not sit by and let it close without making a profit. We need to protect them while they mine at least 3 nodes.
Side objective:
- Elemental corpses: Killing elementals is as good as throwing a cup of water onto a bonfire to put it out, taking the corpse of an elemental however can be quite lucrative. Earth elemetals sometimes have valuble ores inside them, the stronger the elemental the more rare the ores.
- Additional mining: The mining company has a required minimum quota for this operation, any mining they can do in addition to this will be shared with us. This means more money or materials depending on what we are able to mine.
Resources & Equipment:
The mining company has provided that we will get access to both some explosive ordnance and mining equipment to support them. How we use these tools is up us.
