Ironbeast operation request:
House Rothspard is requesting the assisstance of the Ironbeast Program to close a breach to an unkown realm inhabited by undead, located in the Fields of Execution. The nation will provide payment of ("2 gold") for accepting the operation and ("5 gold") for closing this rift in addition to a personal request of the Rothspards. Any uncommon undeads will be purchased for a good price alongside a major magical item if a necronomicon can be retrived.

The nation of
Nicandria has discovered a rift in the
Fields of Execution that leads into an area of undead. The destination has not been confirmed but undead have been moving through the breach. The location of the rift and the low density of creatures passing through means that there is no great rush to close this breach, this means payment is low as well. However, the
Rothspard House is intressted in any items or undead bodies that can be found on the other side. A proper necronomicon would also pay out handsomely.
Objectives:
There are always two types of objectives, main objectives which needs to be successful in order to get paid out and side objectives which can be done for a larger profit.
Main objective:
- Close the gate: The breach seems somewhat stable but due to the location, we have been unable to perform a proper investigation of it. We can assume that it will likely not be more stable than our first mission but it will still take time.
Side objective:
- Gather corpses: There has never been any real money in killing undeads but with House Rothspard behind us we can earn significantly more in this mission if we bring back some good corpses. Physical, force, thunder and acid damage are ill advised for quality skeletal remains, there is far more leeway when it comes to zombies and more robust undead. Using radiant damage to kill the undead will ruin all their value.
- Scavenge for loot: The outer planes have been in war for centuries and at this point you can find a lot of good shit just lying about. If you find something good bring it along but don't be dumb and make sure the gate closer is protected.
- Necronomicon: House Rothspard is willing to pay out massive amounts for Necronomicons. Although the quality of necronomicons differs, even the worst ones will make this operation a great success.

- Uncommon - "8 gold" & 1 Scavenged material
- Rare - "12 gold" & 1 Scavenged material & 1 unique material
Resources & Equipment:
From now on we will need to balance our investments and consumables for each mission. In some cases we can get additional support during the mission but for this one we need to use what we got.
