"Doctor" Gabe Proctor
Mr...er Dr. Proctor, is a self-proclaimed doctor of god-knows what. While lacking in a degree of any kind, Dr. Mr. Dr. Proctor often finds himself attempting to stand in the role of other physician's across the county. Lucky for him, almost everyone in town knows he's a quack, so they don't take what he says too seriously. Why is he here, I wonder?
