1. C.E.O., Co-Owner, and Co-Founder - Terrance "The Boss" Killighan

Known for his expansive crew and strategic mind
Known for being unpredictable and persuasive.
2. C.F.O., Co-Owner and Co-Founder - Michelle "The Bitch" Hanson
Former Bounty Hunter
Known for her merciless nature and frigid demeanor. (Common joke being that any guy that fucked her would die from frostbite)
Known for being stingy and tight fisted.
3. Each outpost is run autonomously by its boss
3.1. Customers can submit their requests to the guild at any location
3.2. Requests are graded on a system based on several factors
3.2.1. Difficulty of the task
3.2.2. Hazard level
3.2.3. Range of Mission (travel area) 3.3 Reward amounts are calculated using the previous factors are charged upfront from the client with the guild taking a 20% cut from every reward for administrative purposes 3.4. Rewards are only paid after completion of a contract 3.5. A client can offer additional rewards on top of the required value from the Guild. These can be additional credits but can also take the form of other material objects. Ranks: Ranks are designations given to members of the Guild to denote their status. Higher ranks imply higher skill and experience Freebooter - not an entirely official class. Freebooters are prospective members to the Guild. Their first mission is used as a proving ground to show that they are worth giving Guild membership. Those that succeed are entered as Bronze Class members, those that fail don't have the chance to come back. Because dead. Bronze - Bronze is the first official rank within the Guild. It represents potential and simplicity. Bronze class personnel can freely take any Class D jobs from the Guild outpost they joined at and veteran Bronze personnel can be hired for basic Class C contracts if part of a group with at least 60% Iron class personnel. Iron - Iron is the second official rank within the Guild. It represents versitility and dependability. Iron class personnel can freely take any Class C or D jobs from any Guild outpost and veteran Iron personnel can invoke the Guild's name for minor political moves provided they have cleared it with the Guild first eg. Access to police files and semi-confidential personal records like medical records. Most Average members top out as Iron Class Silver - Silver is the third official rank within the Guild. It represents ingenuity and stability. Silver class personnel can apply for C and D jobs induvidually and for class B jobs in groups. Silver personnel can be chosen as representatives in Guild business dealings and can speak on behalf of the Guild's position with prior instructions. Most Elites top out as Silver Class. Coal - Coal is the fourth official rank within the Guild. It represents progress and power. Coal class personnel can apply for all missions rank D through A freely. Bone - Bone is the final official rank within the Guild. It represents Humility and Perfection. Bone class personnel are extremely rare, being a special promotion that can only be bestowed by Terrance Killighan himself. Bone class personnel are the only people that can apply for S-rank contracts. They can take whomever they wish on their team on any mission rank D through A.
