Granny Mnemo Grimhilde of the Shadowfell and Feywild
Granny (a Haggish and Fey title of respect) Mnemo, means "memories" Grimhilde, means "mother of secret lore" (a.k.a. The Mother and Grandmother of all Hags, the First Hag)
Divine Domains
She does not have Clerics, but she is capable of producing Hexblade and Archfey Warlocks and can create Hexbloods as well. In addition she may have a few Druids loyal to her, whose circles may include the Land, the Moon, the Stars, and the Spores.
Artifacts
In her hut there are a variety of Hag Items at her disposal; but her most know well artifacts include her broom, her mortar, her pestle, and of course her chicken legged house.
Holy Books & Codes
The Codex Stella briefly mentions and describes her as well. Despite most Hags residing in the Feywild or in the Freelands, she prefers to remain hidden and in isolation in the Shadowfell away from her descendents and other Fey creatures.
Divine Symbols & Sigils
Her most popular symbol is her mortar and pestle that she travels short distances in, however her chicken legged house is utterly iconic in nature as well. Again she does not produce Clerics, but may have Warlocks.
Tenets of Faith
She observes the primary law of magic: equivlent exchange. All her spells have a price, though the cost does not affect her. She tends to use sacrifices or offerings of flesh or material goods to complete her spells by creating Hag Items and such.

No holidays so to speak, though there are holidays celebrating the Nine Deities that include prayers to keep her away.

Her goals are mostly unknown, she will give power and knowledge just as quickly as she will eat or betray you.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Physically, she looks very different from the true form of other Hags. Most Hags look monstrous in nature and disguise themselves as either lovely young women or sweet old ladies. Baba Yaga on the other hand looks exactly like a sweet old lady, with her true form being as such. However she is capable of changing her size and shape at will and can resemble any type of Hag she wishes.
Body Features
She is rather thin and looks generally malnourished, giving others the impression she is physically weak and in capable of surviving a melee encounter. However, even in this form she is capable of wielding her gigantic stone pestle with ease.
Facial Features
Her face seems almost Elvish in nature or at least Fey-like. Picture an old female Elf if you can, with silvery grey hair and wrinkles but eyes as piercing as daggers.
Identifying Characteristics
Her physically most identifying feature of her being non human is her pointy ears. Were it not for the ears, a cursory glance would suggest she was simply an old woman.
Physical quirks
She tends to walk with a slight limp in her step, however she is far from being an invalid. There are those who theorize she does this on purpose to make herself seem weaker.
Special abilities
She has the abilities of all Hags and then some. She is an Archfey capable of manners of magic.
Apparel & Accessories
She is known to wear simply handmade or crocheted dresses and sweaters, furthermore reinforcing her sweet old lady act to others.
Specialized Equipment
Her most specialized equipment can be found throughout her chicken legged hut, she has thousands of years worth of Hag Items tucked and stowed away everywhere. She has to means to cast almost any spell at any time.

Personal history
Her origins are unclear, but every Scholar, Witchslayer, or general adventurer worth their salt has heard of her. She is a primal Archfey from either the Feywild or the Shadowfell, and is responsible for the existence of all Hags. Though Elves may be morally reprehensible and supposedly responsible for the creation of the Beastfolk and the Dwellers, there is some debate if they are responsible for the creation of Hags or if the Hags created them.

She is definitely the mother and grandmother of all Hags, and is very much steeped into the role.

She has experienced over 10,000 years of history; she is privy to secrets of the entire world and jealously guards them. Though she does share them for a price, though not in gold.

She is not necessarily employed, but many adventurers and wanderers have found their way to her hut. They are always seeking something, though they do not always know what it is they seek.

Her name has spread throughout the world and has endured 10,000 years of history. She is responsible for the existence of all Hags throughout the world, and is their mother and grandmother.

She is fairly neutral in nature, as long as others goals aligned with her own she would help them. However, she is rather loosely evil in nature as her goals and endgame will always take precedent and she cares very little about whoever or whatever gets in her way.
Taboos
She has very little known taboos, she will happily sacrifice innocent children and her haggish descendants alike. However she does have great respect for the laws of magic, every bit of magic has a price and an equivalent exchange. Furthermore despite nonreligious in nature she would rather not cross the Nine Deities it seems.

Her motivations are mostly unknown, everything she does drives towards a certain but a secret goal. She helps innocents just as easily and quickly as she is to eat them.

Despite her high levels of Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma; she can be rather prideful and arrogant. She's fully aware of this fact however, and is very amused by people trying to take advantage of that.

She enjoys a good bargain or trade, she will give gifts or secrets in exchange for gifts and secrets; it's as much a game to her as a way of life. On the other hand she hates feeling cheated, but can appreciate the cunning behind it.

Her greatest virtue surprisingly is her neutrality on many things, she cares very little of the politics and schemes of others as they are of little consequence usually compared to her own. Her loyalty cannot be bought or bargained, as she is almost a force of nature on her own.

Her pride, arrogance, and ego may one day be the death of her and she knows it; but she is amused by those who try to take advantage of it.

Other than her habit of cackling over her own inside jokes, and her habit of cackling in general. She tends to be rather poised, especially when she's making a deal.

Whereas most Hags delight in filth and squalor, Baba Yaga's personal cleanliness and by extension the cleanliness of the hut are almost immaculate.

She may be the first Hag, a mother and grandmother to all Hags, and ties to all Fey but she rarely calls upon them to serve her directly as an aristocrat would. She tries to keep to herself usually.
Contacts & Relations
If need be she can call upon other Hags and other Fey to serve her or for information, very few would have the utter gall to defy her. Those that do so however amuse her if nothing else.

All Hags are descended from her, and as an Archfey so do many creatures of the Fey see her as a distant relative.

She is aware of the Nine Deities, but as an Archfey and mother of all Hags she does not worship them.

She is very well spoken, but she speaks in half truths most of the time. But she professes that she will never lie by commission, but that does not stop her from lying by omission.

Her wealth is in the form of the various trinkets she keeps in her hut, a vast arraignment of Hag Items at her disposal.
She is the third final Hag of the Coven, she is the oldest and most powerful of the three and supposedly the oldest Hag in the Freelands. She is at odds with the others in the coven, but she is very interested in Ginger due to the baby consumed was a seventh child of a seventh child. In addition, she wants to recover the Hag Eye as well.
