Highkeep
The capital of the largest fracture is a sight to behold. Constructed five years after the fracturing, Highkeep was built to be the pillar of hope, prosperity, and wealth for this new land. As governments formed and religions grew, Highkeep started to take a drastic shift from hope and prosperity into violence and servitude.
The city has several different groups of people living in it: the Blind Ones, the Highfolk, the Order, the Priests and Priestesses of Purity, and the Kingswatch.
The Blind Ones are slaves and prisoners of the Blue Folk because of some wrongdoing on their part against the Order of Purity. The Blind Ones handle the farming and agriculture outside of the city under the heavy watch of the Bluefolk.
Currently ruled by High Priest Maelz'dur, Chief of the Order and Servant of the Bitter Door.
Demographics
The Blind Ones make up less than 10% of the population. There is a very large divide between the poor and wealthy classes, the poorest working in the mines or forging armor and weapons for the Blue Folk. The wealthy are all involved in government or in the religious organization that rules High Keep.
