Nothingness and then something. Light, the First Light. From it Life. Life began as one. Then it was two. Then it was four. Life became endless.

The Holy Era Lasted 7777 Years 7 Months 7 Days and 7 Hours During the Holy Era the Gods crafted the realms and ruled over them accordingly. It was believed all of the Gods' creatures lived together in harmony. Though some sources state otherwise this hypothesis is generally accepted throughout the realm.
No-one truely knows what caused the forsakening. One day the sun set on the realms and in the morning the connection to the gods was gone and the fragile balance of the realms was sent into chaos war broke out scorching the lands of millenia of history until almost nothing was left.
In the year 1000FE a low-class mage discovered the concept of spellcraft. Differing from magic, spellcraft allowed magical energy to be used by those with no inate magical abilities through the harnessing of a substance now known as mana.
After the discovery of spell craft the realm began its counter-offensive. Centuries of blood and tears persued until finally a cease-fire between the celestials, fae, humanity, and dragons was reached and together they pushed the hordes from the wastelands to the edge of the realm known as The Demon Lands.
Hidden in the uncharted seas, The New Continent rises from the horizon like a colossal mountain range of emerald and jade. Its unparalleled sized mountains, dwarfing even the most magnificent kingdoms, speaks of untamed wilderness and undiscovered wonders. The air heavy with the scent of exotic blooms, each breath tinged with a sweet hint of citrus. A radiant light arcing across the sky, seeming to connect the landmass to the heavens, a new land and with it new resources never before seen. Will the Realms' fragile peace break apart once more? “The Realm provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed.” ― Monk Mahatma
