The Five Realms Timeline

The Beginning of all things.

After The Beginning. From the birth of the cosmos and emergence of space-time 13.956 billion years prior to the Current Epoch to the first societies emerging on Earth all suffering, like a species with amnesia, having no direct knowledge of their own true history only theories, conjectures, and myths.

The rise of the Supermen and the technologically driven evolution of the digital to nano to the emanation of the pico age. A period when civilization as we know it ends as the leaders of humanity leave behind the notions and limitations of its cradle to take up a new transhumanism age among the stars. Those who remain behind, so intricately tied to the technology their leaders took with them, are forced to adapt to survive and suffer the same fugue as their ancient ancestors. 256 million years before the current era.

The rise of the Pico Age. An era of technology and scientific knowledge so vast it brings the journey of many civilizations to depart to other galaxies, other dimensions, and leading to their eventual apocalypse. 128 million years before the current era.

The Elder Gods Return. Seeking the cradle of life, the discovery of the survivors and renewal of the mortal races through to the conclusion of The Godswar. 32 million years before the current era.

A turning point and the shortest period of time of all the nine epochs. The age would become more widely referred to as the Current Era (C.E.) and includes all the narcissistic histories, timelines, events and adventures involving the chosen peoples of the Earth.

The Entropic Age. The Immortal End, fall of all but a few gods gathering to witness the spread of Tharozadaur's children and the Cosmic Aberration's long gradual decline to the point where none remain in all the realms to remember the tales of old. Even the energy holding the Aether together pushes towards a final state where Khron, time itself, fades away into oblivion. Prophecies show this period from 1 to 5 million years after the current era.

The Beginning of the End of All. Where the Mortal, Paranormal and Eternal Realms fall into Entropy as the last remnants of the multiverse end in an infinite series of events leading up to the point that produces the finite result of an immortal in a race with a tortoise. This prophetic tale emerged many epochs prior and says that in the final epoch Anulil will run after a tortoise and not catch it for a full year. In the void left after all the other gods and entities have passed on Anulil sees a glorious tortoise. As the only other creature in existence he tries to run up to it but when he reaches the position of the tortoise where he first noticed it the tortoise has reached the second position. When he reaches this second position the tortoise is in a third position and so on. This paradox finally resolves itself on the final day of that final year when the determined immortal allows for the infinite to become finite and one catches up to the other at the end of all things.
