An orbital defense grid surrounds the fleet base over Klein Rotterdam and at any one time anywhere from a few tankers to an entire planetary invasion fleet can be seen filling fuel stocks. The defences are by this point (2500) antiques which would likely be brushed aside by any modern fleet
A series of domes across Titan's plains and surrounding the massive hydrocarbon lakes, protect the inhabitants from the fridgid and poison air surrounding the moon. Large industrial plants proccess the raw hydrocarbons into everything from plastic toys to fire bombs and serve as the near sole industry on the moon. Titan also boasts the first orbital pipe line allowing for cheap and energy efficient transport to the rest of the CoN.
Kraken Mare
Surrounding the Kraken Mare lake (the largest on the moon), the majority of the Hydrocarbon extraction occurs here and with it, the majority of the people on the moon also live. The population here largely consists of former colonial subjects who migrated to fill the labour shortage and escape poverty. The capital city Bevan is located here on the shores of the lake containing 53,000,000 people as of 2500.
Klein Rotterdam
Originally called 'Little Rotterdam' by the dutch colonisation effort to build a space lift on the moon to facilitate exchange between Titan and Earth and allow the CoN fleet to refuel. The majority Dutch district eventually became the largest fleet facillity in the solar system acting as the base of operations during the solar scramble and for which the orbital pipeline was built.
Sørlige Fjorder
The Norwegian colonisation attempt sits on the location of the old PASO mission to colonise the moon in the south of the moon. A much smaller colony than the other two, the primary inhabitants are the original Norwegian colonisers and the wealthier sections of the moons population. The vast majority of people with high level jobs on the moon reside in this district, often commuting via high speed rail to the poorer sections daily to manage factory floors and other industries.
