One lone deep space radar keeps track of any extra solar objects such as comets headed towards plutos surface but no actual defences exist here
Industry & Trade
A large amount of ice extraction which was used for terraforming mars was in opperation for a while but ceased in 2430 and no other industry outside of research remains
Infrastructure
One lone colony exists of pluto which is the remains of the CoNs first attempts at creating a self sufficient colony ship for extra solar system travel. These early models have been cobbled together into a small colony specialising in FTL and colonisation technologies.
