Appointment

Elected by the Commonwealth of Nations collective parliament ministers after they are elected themselves in their local consistuancy

Duties

The duty of the Foreign Minister is to protect the Commonwealth of Nations at any cost and ensure its continued survival and expansion at the expense of the two rival empires

Responsibilities

Heads up all foreign policy on behalf of the member nations along with being the head of the armed forces in a time of war against the Commonwealth. The foreign minister often has the most fluxuation in importance of the top three, swinging from nearly useless during times of peaceful coexistance with the other two powers to becoming the effective dictator to the other two in a time of war. The only foreign duy not under the foreign ministers duristiction is the discussion and inacting of trade agreements and investment in friendly regimes who are loyal but not a member of the CoN proper to which these arrangements are largely left to the Treasurer. Internal matters such as policing and domestic policy is largely of no concern to the Foreign Minister.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The Foreign Minister is frequently recalled from office by parliment whenever they are failing in their roll or have become unpopular for other reasons, but examples throughout history have shown many young Foreign Ministers returning later in life to the same job roll.
