The Emperor of Vosuan is the Ruler of the Empire. He appoints a Council of Ministers who administer specific areas, such as military, commerce and law enforcement to name but a few.
History
The Empire is one of the longest contiguous governments in Therador. The Empire was originally the city-state of Vosuan. Over centuries other nearby city-states were brought under Vosuan control, some through military conquest, some through diplomacy and others were economically isolated until the bowed to the will of Vosuan,
