Join minds with a target, useful for communication or determining if the target is telling the truth. While communicating in such a way, it's possible to evoke and share specific memories in the form of images, sights or smells. The parties to telepathy experiences such events in 'real time'. The minimum cost to use Telepathy is equal to 50% of the target's Willpower. The cost increases in the event that the target is unwilling.

Lesser Telepathy

  Costs half as much as Telepathy. Lesser Telepathy does not allow the reader to determine truth from fiction, but does allow for a full conversation in a mutually known language without speaking out loud or signing. It is best used on willing targets.  

Greater Telepathy

  Costs twice as much as Telepathy. Greater Telepathy allows for communication with the target even if the caster and the target don't share a language. Effectively, any party to such a conversation fully knows all the languages that the other party knows for the duration of the Greater Telepathy.
