Cleansing Flame Way

Primary Attribute: Substantiation   The Mystics of Cleansing Flame Shedras believe that sources of arcane corruption are destroying the fabric of reality and sworn to fight back against it using the power of fire. While various Shedras disagree precisely as to what the most pressing source of corruption is, their shared goal is to destroy them ad preserve the nature of reality from further altercation. Unlike more radical groups such as the Alcibian Cults or the more radical Orders Bal'Shul such as the Eye of Heaven or Light Of Judgement, the Cleansing Flame does not promote violence or stigma against those already corrupted. Rather, adherents of the Cleansing Flame Way believe that preventing further damage to the fabric of reality is the most important of goals.

Belief

Adherents must not use magical items that cause magical corruption or benefit from sources of arcane corruption. Doing so causes them to lose their conviction until they can Meditate.

Meditation

Adherents of the Cleansing Flame must burn incense, fragrant oils or the branches or flowers of certain resinous trees to cleanse themselves in the event of a crisis of truth.

Rites

Righteous Flame Rite - The mystic may cast spells from the Cleansing or Fire domain.     Leaping Flame Rite The Mystic may direct absorbed elemental damage as a ranged attack instead of a touch attack by throwing it. While doing so, treat such a projectile having a heft of 1+0 as though throwing a small stone by hand.   Unbidden Flame Rite The Mystic's elemental damage can be transmuted to another element.
