I like how they feed on extreme emotions of any kind. I feel like that makes them scarier than if they just wanted sex. Euphoria, misery, agony... the thrill is the same! It's a really good take on a popular type of demon.
Aye, it definitely was a thing I wanted to explore more to make them more engaging than mere sex-craved fiends. Something that can feel like a threat no matter what you're into, what you enjoy doing, and make you succumb to the worst of yourself to do achieve it.
