Reed Welsh, Bosun
Bosun Reed Welsh is the de facto face of the Eternal Cormorant. Jovial and out going, he is the one that ensures any passengers stay entertained. He also makes sure they leave the Captain and the Lieutenant alone, seeing as how they ain't the most social fellows in his estimation.
He has a prosthetic left leg that is not of the highest quality, which leads to it coming out of sync with his nervous system more often than it should. Due to this he usually has an odd asymmetric gait. This makes the fact that the good Captain was willing to take him on board more meaningful to Bosun Welsh than Lelsie Grimm realizes. The Captain has offered to procure a higher quality model for him, but Reed Welsh works for what he has (though he appreciates the offer).
Bosun Welsh suspects that the Captain and the Lieutenant are hiding something, but Reed Welsh know good fellows and they are good fellows, so he pays it no more than an idol wonder.
