Necropolys
Located on the edge of the Coral Wastes and the Necrotic Wastes, Necropolys is a vacation spot for the rich and elite of the Clockwork Empire. The buildings of this city are carved from living coral formations and hot springs bubble up from under the ground making it an idealistic location for those wishing to kick back and relax. However, this city has a dark side hidden from many of those who visit from the Empire.
Demographics
This city is mostly populated by Gnomes, with a smattering of Dwarves and even a few Triton. Interestingly, this city also has the highest known population of Illustrious for any city in the world.
Government
Necropolys is ruled by the Clockwork Empire. A local provisional government run by a cleric of Clockwork operates out of the local temple to the Clockwork King.
Industry & Trade
This city mostly thrives off its convenient location at the edge of the Empire and its picturesque look and hotsprings. However, it also exports the living coral of the Coral Wastes to collectors and jewelers.
