The Fair Scales
The Fair Scales Transport Company is an organisation based in Drinuvaria and specialising in domestic transport of high value goods and people around the kingdom.
Structure
The Fair Scales is has its headquarters in Thallingen within The Hagglers Court and is the primary company for transporting goods and people between the various cities within the Drinuvarian Kingdom and neighbouring countries. Most cities will have an office for The Fair Scales in which people can book cargo space or cabins on their fleet of ships. In some cases a special charter can be made for larger cargo or passenger amounts.
Culture
The Fair Scales have a policy of service to the customer which is difficult to match with the larger international company, The Cloud-Treaders. They pride themselves in having a great deal of experience, being one of the oldest companies in Drinuvaria, and through that experience they are able to deliver the customer or their goods on time and in the best condition.
Assets
The Fair Scales, being a national shipping and transport company, have a fleet of both conventional ships and Airships at their disposal. Their Naval fleet consists of around a dozen Carracks and Galleys, which are used for trading along the coastal villages of Drinuvaria and abroad for loads not practical for air travel. Their Air fleet consists of a handful of Shoal Class Trade Barges and a smaller number of Sintel Class Light Cruisers.
