Noradreno Muscorales is a mushroom found throughout The Shardlands. This tall, skinny mushroom is electric-blue and crackles with lightning. When eaten it provides the following: You are affected by the haste spell for 1 minute. At the start of each of your turns while you are affected by the mushroom, you must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be unable to move or take actions until the start of your next turn, as a wave of lethargy sweeps over you.
