Aurora Silverleaf
During the events of Session I: Escape From Death House! Aurora Silverleaf removed the covers from a bed, discovering a bloodstained mattress and barbed wire restraints. She also investigated a cobwebbed romance novel titled "Blue-Blooded Lips." Later, Aurora investigated a mirror in the main room, encountering the nursemaid's spirit. She collected plush toys in the hunter's den, which were later given to the spirits of Rosavalda and Thornboldt Durst. In the library, Aurora's attention was drawn to a book titled "The Tale of Aurora Silverleaf," leading to a mysterious interaction. She engaged with the spirits of Rosavalda and Thornboldt, uncovering the location of Rose’s diary and being transported to the basement. Aurora also investigated an orb, heard ominous whispers, and experienced a distorted shadow. After the battle with the shadows, Lancelot the Dog became her companion. She witnessed an image of happiness within the vanishing house after the party buried Walter's body.
During the events of Session II: Welcome to Barovia Village Aurora took interest in a raven with blue-tipped wings that led the party to the Blood on the Vine Tavern. After waking from the shared dream, she noticed two swarms of bats on the eaves of a nearby home.
During the events of Session III: Interview with a Vampire Aurora entered the Church of the Morninglord with the group, participated in the conversation with Father Donavich, and assisted in coaching Doru through his vampiric urges by exposing him to fresh blood. Later, Aurora helped dig Kolyan Indirovich’s grave in the cemetery.
During the events of Session IV: Here Enters the Dark Prince Aurora was greeted by Strahd, who expressed interest in how she contained four beings in one body. Aurora exposed Doru to fresh blood in the previous session and continued to play a key role in the group’s interactions. Madam Eva referred to her as "The Many." Aurora investigated the watchtower, finding a broken pendant of a silver dragon, which was cold to the touch. She later discussed the significance of silver dragons with Ava.
During the events of Session V: Secrets of Lake Zarovich Aurora was recognized by the revenant for the silver pendant she wore, which was linked to the Order of the Silver Dragon at Argynvostholt. Aurora continued with the group, investigating the cracked stone circle and encountering Morgantha at the windmill. She participated in the battle against the werewolves and wolves near Lake Zarovich. Aurora was also involved in the investigation of the Barovian refugee camp and securing accommodations at The Blue Water Inn.
During the events of Session VI: Hunt for St. Andral's Bones Aurora attended dinner at the Blue Water Inn, mingling with patrons. The next morning, she accompanied the group to St. Andral's Church, where she used illusions to resemble Milivoj and learned from Yeska that Milivoj had stolen the bones. Aurora later disguised herself as Strahd to intimidate Milivoj, discovering that Henrik van der Voort had paid him to steal the bones. She joined the others at the Arasek Stockyard and fought against Volenta Popofsky and the vampire spawns, contributing to their defeat. After the battle, Aurora helped return the bones to the church and sanctify the grounds.
During the events of Session VII: Baptism by Fire Aurora traveled with Selkis and Ash from St. Andral's Church to the Blue Water Inn. Aurora joined the group in the confrontation at the Burgomaster's Mansion. She used her illusions and participated in the battle against Izek Strazni, where she was killed. In her death, Aurora’s consciousness shattered, revealing that she was the Lady of the Thanes, a powerful fey ruler in Barovia before Strahd's rise.
