A3: Aviary Block
The door to this cellblock opens to a sliver of the Elemental Plane of Air—an infinite downward tumble into the sky, filled with wispy clouds and dotted with countless floating islands. The island connected to the front room’s portal is a 20-foot-radius birdcage riddled with rust. Each other island in this space has a similar cage built upon it, and each teems with flying creatures.
No creatures are stored within the first birdcage. Its door is open, and a half dozen brooms of flying are stored on a rack in this cage. These brooms are propelled by elemental air and don’t function outside this area. Numerous floating islands serve as a uniquely designed prison for its residents. These islands might include features like balloons, metal nets, or the tops of impossibly tall trees.
