The ErleuchteGeist

They are not known at all among the masses. They exist only to the severely delusional, the paranoid schizophrenics, the tin-hat wearing nut-jobs, the extreme right-wing conspiracy theroists...   ...and to the Monster Hunters--the few heroes who indeed KNOW the Geist is real, and that they work their very real conspiracies behind the curtains, in the shadows, and under the very noses of the masses.   To the Hunters, they are known by several names. The Cabal. The High Court. The Wild Hunt. The Illuminati. Iaspis Obscuratus. Or far less commonly, they are known as The ErleuchteGeist.   No one believes the Hunters that this threat, in whatever form they take, is real. But Hunters don't need them to. They will fight them anyway. They will save the world, or die trying, no matter what.
