Micah Wildner

Former CEO of a Hypercorp, Wildner is very charismatic and strong willed, highly intelligent and educated. As a powerful man, he was uncharacteristically aware of how that could be abused, and as he had great plans to change the world, was very careful to put checks and balances in place so he couldn't ever become enamored of that power and overawed at his own ability. Unfortunately, that also shows a bit of his naivete, and he was ousted from his place in the corp. His assistant and bodyguard was thankfully not burdened with such, and his competence and discernment helped him get Wildner out before he could be taken. He was well on his way to becoming a force in this new Eridani system, and found the people more to his liking- there were more idealists here than elsewhere. He met Gaudens before she became disillusioned with her position, and kept in touch with her. He became one of the principals in Prospect helping to keep her grounded by giving her opposition in the Collective.   Wildner has not yet had the malaise of long life settle on him as some as old as he is are wont to do. He sees himself not as a savior or a ruler- just someone trying to make a difference. His charisma combines with this to affect the environment he moves in, and even those that oppose him tend to respect him- either for his views, or his incredible intelligence. As the Sitting Head of Black Seam Collective, he wields great power, but wields it with respect for the station and the workers. One would assume the others would have some disdain for him as a corporate, rather than a miner, but there is surprisingly no acrimony towards him on the board.
