Hunter Cross
With the looks and charisma of a vid star, its a wonder that Cross found himself out in Prospect. The son of corporates, though that's the extent of his background known, there must be some reason for him to be on this backwater. He carries himself as if he's still a corp, and deals hard, having three different businesses (United Gear and Max HQ and CrossMart) just on Prospect, and the head seat on the Merchant's council. He also has some prior relationship with Gaudens by all accounts.
Other than his public functions dealing with the seat he holds, he's a very elusive personality, and doesn't seem to see himself in competition with the others in his space- just superior.
