Highly Intelligent. Imminently Capable. Incredibly Shrewd. These superlatives and more have been used to describe Galen Mattix. How he ended up on Prospect is a matter of other words used to describe him. Arrogant. Condescending. A Right Bastard. He always walked a fine line between Brilliance and Disaster in managing those around him, and one day that caught up with him. Thankfully for him, he was one step ahead of his detractors and was able to leave before anything permanent happened to him. In a different system, out on the fringes, he has successfully hidden his presence, and Gaudens was happy to have him, despite his particular flaws. It seems he's learned to tone down the rougher aspects of his personality. Time will tell if those flaws come to fore again, and outweigh his usefulness and draw.
