Emmanuel Carver
Once Emmanuel was considered an up and comer as a gatecrasher, researcher and mining surveyor. There was no dig too dangerous or far out, and no condition too harsh to keep her from leading her teams to success. It was with a team that she found herself at Prospect. What happened out there no one really knows, but the crew ended up being rescued in deep space by happenstance- Carver as the only survivor. But whatever it was, it paid enough for her to start her store on Prospect. She's keen eyed, kindhearted, and very intelligent, but there's something broken. At times, some have said that talking with her on a project that they're pursuing, they see something light briefly in her eyes, quickly squashed to fade away. Her shop, Urgenix, is named after her last ship so whatever happened, she still carries it. More than once she's been pushed to leave- she's not in it for the money, and that can make her more of a competitor than others feel comfortable with. But her stubbornness along with the unlikely support of Cross has fended off any serious challenges.
