Madame Vil'maella
Madame Vil'maella is a sophisticated High Elf who runs most of the entertainment industry in Torvahl, ranging from the fairly innocuous like taverns and travelling performers to the less refined forms of entertainment such as brothels and the drug trade.
She is the de facto head of The Collection, as she also holds political office as Head of Commerce in Torvahlis and as such oversees trade as a whole in the country. Despite her direct involvement in some of the seedier aspects of the entertainment industry, she conducts herself in a highly dignified manner and does not tolerate those who would attempt to circumvent the regulations she places on "less reputable" aspects of commerce.
