Heuryk One-Eye
Heuryk One-Eye is the The Master of the Hunt, a title given of the leader of The Hunter's League, a position that is no small feat to attain.
A Master of the Hunt is a position usually gained when the previous Master of the Hunt dies. When this occurs, a special "Hunt of Ascension" is held, the details of which are only known to the highest-ranking members in the League, and all those vying for the position as Master of the Hunt participate, with only one winner. In the event that the current Master of Hunt opts for retirement (which is very rare), they can appoint any member of the League as their prospective successor, thus allowing that individual to participate in the Hunt of Ascension regardless of their current rank within the League.
Heuryk is a tall, dark-skinned Human in his late 60s, with green eyes and long white hair tied into braids. He is known for being direct, valuing action over mincing words, and is not sympathetic to those who cannot handle the difficulty of the tasks assigned by the League.
