Water Spray
Water Spraying is one of the several elemental abilities that Sapient Animals can possess. As you can probably tell, Water Spraying is done exclusively by Water Elementals, due to having an organ known as a Water Sack that allows them to combine hydrogen and oxygen into water.
Effect
The user sprays water all over the target, this hurts the target, causing them damage.
Side/Secondary Effects
It may cut the target if used while pressurized, if used with a damaged/ruptured Water Sack, it could leak into the other organs, not only could the burst itself damage the other organs it could also cause them to swell with water, possibly causing them to burst as well.
Manifestation
It manifests itself in the form of a burst of water being sprayed outward, although it can be more concentrated spray of water as well.

Applied Restriction
May fail when used in cold weather because the water may freeze either inside the Water Sack, (which can be fixed by simply moving them into a warmer climate) or freeze on the way out (which can prove lethal by choking the user to death), it also cannot be used if the Water Sack is ruptured or otherwise injured.
