Sea Foam Spraying
Sea Foam Spraying is one of the several elemental abilities that Sapient Animals can possess. It is done exclusively by water elementals. They use will create several tiny bubbles packed closely together within the water sack before spraying it out, creating sea foam.
Effect
The user sprays out sea foam at the target, this hurts the target, causing them damage.
Side/Secondary Effects
It does extra damage if the target is already fairly damaged, as the sea soam gets into wounds, with the bubbles popping causing even more pain. If used in cold weather, it will only create small balls of ice, which, due to the numerous amount of bubbles, is harder to handle then a basic bubble spray getting frozen, is still easier then a frozen water spray.
Manifestation
It manifests itself in the form of a spray of foam like tightly packed tiny bubbles.

The Hydrogen and Oxygen within the Water Sack plus some extra chemicals to form the bubbles along with the water itself.
