Dando Palm Spray is a spray type medicine that is made from the leaves of Dando Palm trees. The leaves cause drowsiness, apathy and slugishness if consumed while in sound mind, but can help calm an overactive, hallucinating mind. They struggled to give someone who is hallucinating the leaf juice, so it was turned into a mist and sprayed to the treat the victim.

The Dando Palm Leaves are to ground up into bits and left to sit in water for a day, after which, the juices inside are poured inside the container with a mist nozzle.
History
Dando Palm Spray started off as a mood stabalizer, helping calm down those with mania or are otherwise frantic, and was originally a liqud based medication instead. It wasn't until much later that they had the idea to use it to calm a hallucinating brain when a nature elemental in the middle of an intense psychotic episode had mistaken a Dando Palm leaf for a breast and tried to suckle it, but as he did, he drank the juice within, curing him, and the only symptom being a mild stomachache due to how much he had consumed. He later had the idea to turn it into a mist to make it easier to give to someone else. It was later turned bottled up and sent out as a real medication for anyone to use to fight against hallucinations.
